Possible presence in statistical data?

Quite simple, this is a page about statistical data, so it would be wise to provide how many Albanians were in those regions and how many in comparison with other people, 2. You are posting an information that toponyms are suggesting that there was a presence of Albanians in Toplica region , why is that important for this page that again deals with statistical data, and why only a one small region, this gives a WP:BALANCE and WP:UNDUE.
